Pharma Logistics is a great place to work because at any moment you can be locked in completing your tasks for the day and the next conversing with coworkers for help or any sort of advice. I believe the amount of work that's put in is reflective of how much you make.

Cons

I'd personally like it if there was a bit more PTO available, especially after having been with the company for just over a year

Pharma Logistics is a great company to work for. If you are not familiar with the industry the support you are given to learn is unmatched. Management is always there to support you if needed as well. You are able to work a hybrid schedule which is also extremely beneficial.

*manual procedures, not everything is automated just yet. work in progress.

The company appreciates my contributions, provides great opportunities, and has fun culture events each month.

Cons

This is a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where expectations are high. Personally, I find this attractive and enjoy working with other top performers. I wouldn't call this a con, but for some individuals, it may be.
