      Pros

      Pharma Logistics is on the horizon of great things, and in turn, anticipates greatness from their Pharmers (employees). The opportunities for development are abundant and the open office environment allows for collaboration and communication across many teams.

      Cons

      Reverse Distribution is a semi daunting field to feel adept in - be prepared for a learning curve and communicate with your team when you have a misunderstanding.

      Growing Company

      Pros

      I will start by saying that Pharma Logistics has growth over the years. When I started working for the company there were only a couple employees but now it has tripled the amount of Pharmers. There is always an opportunity to grow. You can start in one department and then move to the next one depending on your attitude to grow. If you move to a different department, they will take the time to train you well.

      Cons

      The space is limited but we are moving to a bigger place.

      Thank you for your feedback. We have definitely outgrown our space since we have grown as a company over the last 4 years. We are also excited about moving into the new building in the Spring of 2020. We will also keep communicating as a Leadership team to the entire organization our updates towards our yearly goals and strategic plans. We are glad you also see value in those communications. Let us know if there is anything else we need to improve upon for our Pharmers in the future.

      Friendly staff that want you to succeed.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time working here. I can't say enough nice things about the leadership team in the warehouse and office. The managers here really care about your well-being and development. Most people are very courteous and want to work as a team. You are recognized and rewarded for hard work. If you show personal growth over time, you can be rewarded with a raise and/or be placed into a more desirable position.

      Cons

      Some fellow production associates weren't always as exited to be there and it can kill the mood and energy in the building. The work can feel repetitive and regularly drained me mentally and physically. Depending on what line you are in, your experience here can vary for the better or worse.
