One of the best reasons to work at Pharma Logistics is the exposure in the pharmaceutical industry. The industry is incredible and Pharma Logistics offers tons of opportunities to be successful.

Cons

Hardly any downside with this company. Work is work so it will always be hard but the team at this company has made the grind a breeze

Pros

Culture, work/life balance, control of own schedule (within reason), open door policy, relationships within the departments, benefits and travel. Our benefits are great!!

Cons

There is a lot of change — and although I don’t see this as a con, some would (and do). Remote positions can be tough on some due to lack of contact with co-workers.

This is my first job after college and it's been a great place to begin my career. The people are great and I have been given the tools to succeed. It's really nice working from home twice a week.

Cons

It seems that people just show up do their work and go home- I think the culture could be more fun.
