Upper management does an amazing job communicating with warehouse employees about the issues we face as well as the improvement and upgrades going on with the company. Earning Pharmer of the month is very rewarding and everyone makes you feel good about yourself. Opportunity is a plus here! We strive to do things right. Our company core values go a long ways in how we hire people and train people. Sales team and corporate are always acquiring new accounts so we always have work that needs to be done. We are treated as people and not robots like many companies I have worked for in the past.
