Pros

Pharma Logistics has the friendliest and most supportive people I've ever worked with. Every question I had was answered thoroughly and quickly during training so I could do my job correctly and their values and culture can't be beat.

Cons

The commute is a pain for now.

Pros

From being processed as a new-hire to participating in an exit interview, Pharma Logistics provides you with everything you need to succeed in the company. The walk in shoes training system let's you get hands-on and gives you an overall understanding at what the company does. The coworkers are very friendly and knowledgeable. There are open lines of communication with management.

Cons

There's an extremely high turnover rate with the company. You are standing on your feet all day and some aspects of the job can become very repetitive.
