      Pros

      Pharma Logistics is a great company to work for. If you are not familiar with the industry the support you are given to learn is unmatched. Management is always there to support you if needed as well. You are able to work a hybrid schedule which is also extremely beneficial.

      Cons

      *manual procedures, not everything is automated just yet. work in progress.

      Can be a lot of OT at times, no bonus for middle Mgt.

      Working remote twice a week and getting off at 4 is part of why working here has been a smooth transition from college to career.

      Cons

      No incentives or gatherings planned to boost workplace morale or get people acquainted.
