      Pros

      Family and employee oriented. A great sales team which is growing the company rapidly. Huge opportunity for advancement due to growth. Top notch executive management. 401K Match. Friendly and professional work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Traffic on Bryan Dairy is very heavy when leaving work. People hold up traffic turning right when they try to turn left on a 6 lane highway. There is a sign that clearly states no left turn yet numerous people do not follow the rules.

      The Senior Leadership Team is SUPPORTIVE. We are growing. They welcome new ideas and the opportunity for GROWTH is tremendous. Internal promotions. Employees live by the values - PASSION.

      Cons

      Slow to move on action items. Training for departments need to be amped up. We need to arm our employees with the tools and training to be successful. We are making progress - which is GREAT - lets continue it!
