      Pros

      There are no pros apart from being constantly stressed out, belittled, treated like a child, and always looking over your shoulder because management always has something to say even if you do a good job.

      Cons

      Everything about this compnay is bad. They advertise their pay as being "above average" but the pay is adjusted for inflation and they refuse to give raises even if you have worked here for a long time.

      Pros

      Was able to work thru Pandemic as other industries were hurting.

      Cons

      Management disrespects you on a regular basis. If you are doing good the parameters change do you’re not doing so good anymore. Clients suffer because you can’t get anyone in any Dept to help. They are more concerned about their Big Accounts while the one thing they tout ( “we help the independent pharmacy”) suffer. A rather toxic environment with complacency through out entire organization. Upper management nods yes they understand what’s wrong then does nothing to fix. A lot of employees seem frustrated, insulted and looking for new jobs.

      Business not affected by pandemic.

      Cons

      The culture stinks. Micro managed, treated like a child, lots of ridiculous rules set by management. Pay is low and CEO drives his fancy Aston car to work while I was barely able to make my car payment.

      Thank you for your feedback regarding your previous time as an employee here at PharmaLink. We have evaluated our pay structure and made changes as recently as June 2021 to increase our starting wages and promote growth within the company. We acknowledge we are not perfect and are working on increasing our company culture to continue to promote a positive work place. The feedback we have received regarding our company culture is strong in that our Manager value our employees, we promote a learning environment and we are both a diverse and inclusive workplace.
