Leaving for lunch break and leaving to go home

Imagine working in a business with no windows for 8 hours everyday… you can get that at Pharmalink. Or, imagine having a management ‘team’ talk poorly about you…you can get that at Pharmalink. Wait…imagine being watched by HR at every second of the day or being asked numerous times to be a part of an ‘investigation’ …because you can get that at pharmalink. What about waiting eons to get your sales bonus and then not understanding the report? You can also get that here. So why wait, apply!

There are no pros apart from being constantly stressed out, belittled, treated like a child, and always looking over your shoulder because management always has something to say even if you do a good job.

Pros

This position allows for great work-life balance. You make your own schedule and manage your Territory! Bonus pay is a bit confusing though! Not a whole lot of micromanaging until your whole region is behind at the end of the year!

Base pay could be higher
