Pros
There are some great leaders at Phaxis that care about each individuals' success. Provides good training that is helpful in your career journey.
Cons
Every good leader corresponds with a not-so-good leader. This company provides good training and then lets you go. There is not a lot of support or understanding when it comes to metrics and seems to have heavy bias, for example lacking official documentation for performance and discipline and no HR office/department. Many employees including myself experienced frustration and burnout within the first year. FYI - I left on my own terms, along with many other employees doing the same within the first year. High turnover due to burnout.
