Absolutely nothing. Ooh wait, they'll bring in pizza once or twice a month.

Cons

This place breeds toxicity. Assumptions, lies and fake opportunities can be heard everywhere from the top all the way to the bottom. The pay is below average, and the company is on its way under. Managers are blatantly dishonest and make impossible goals. After leaving this horrible place, I felt stress free, and the happiest I've ever been.

The awful managers of Phaxis are clueless when it comes to leading people. This company has a terrible leadership that doesn't do its job, and this is why employee morale and employee turnover rate are consistently high. Working hard results to nothing besides improving the company's profits because the managers never recognize their employees.
