Pros

For real I cant say anything nice here

Cons

This representative clearly prioritizes their commission over customer satisfaction and uses manipulative tactics that reflect poorly on the entire business.

Pros

You’ll meet some hardworking people just trying to make the best of a bad system.

Cons

As a new hire, the experience has been disappointing. The onboarding process was rushed and confusing. Expectations weren’t clearly set, and most of what I’ve learned came from trial and error—not training. Leadership makes decisions with no explanation and changes direction without warning. One day you're working on something important, the next it's scrapped with no discussion. It’s hard to feel secure or motivated when priorities shift constantly and communication is poor. There’s no path for growth. Promotions seem to go to external hires, while internal staff are left wondering what’s next. It feels like your effort doesn’t matter unless you’re close to the right people.

Pros

If you're into constant troubleshooting, both technical and organizational—this place keeps you busy.

Cons

From a tech and operations standpoint, it's a nightmare. Systems are outdated, tools don’t talk to each other, and we’re constantly being asked to “make it work” for last-minute ideas cooked up by leadership with no input from the teams who actually build or support them. There’s no strategic planning. It’s all reaction and patchwork. We implement something, only to tear it down two weeks later because priorities shifted—again. No documentation, no long-term thinking, just rushed rollouts and then silence when they fail. The disconnect between departments is huge. No collaboration, just siloed decisions and surprise changes. And IT is expected to clean up the mess—quietly, quickly, and without question.
