Direct deposit works on time. That’s about the only thing that runs smoothly.

Cons

Operations is pure chaos. Priorities change weekly with no warning, and execution is an afterthought. Leadership doesn't understand how their decisions affect the teams actually doing the work. It’s a constant scramble to fix problems caused by poor planning from above. We’re left cleaning up messes with no resources and no voice. Internal promotions are rare unless you’re in someone’s circle. Meanwhile, new hires from outside are given authority with no understanding of the systems. The worst part? No one’s held accountable at the top. But frontline teams? We take all the heat when things fall apart.

The environment is unstable, and leadership is disconnected from daily realities. Upper management is quick to preach values in meetings, but actions never align. Internal staff are often overlooked for advancement, and when someone shows initiative or potential, it’s seen as a threat instead of an asset. Policies change without warning, and employees are rarely included in discussions that directly affect their roles. It feels like walking on eggshells daily. Roles are unclear, responsibilities get shifted without notice, and you're often left to figure out changes on your own.
