Pros

Salary is decent, you will get to work on a lot of different projects so its good for experience.

Cons

Work culture from the top down is some of the worst in the industry. Project timelines keep being shortened. There is always a push to be better and efficient rather than doing things the right way. Advise would be to get out when you have your experience.
