- Great manager that is supportive and backs up my efforts - greatly supportive colleagues, that make the work fun - Fun Phenom culture - benefits are really good - Being part of the Danaher family really has its perks when getting leads from other op-co's and working together -great new product training

-High pressure role, but it comes with the sales/ AM territory - Wish there was more tuition reimbursement
