There is no accountability or realistic goal-setting, and the team is severely understaffed, leading to additional duties on top of already overwhelming responsibilities. Communication is poor, hindering collaboration both within the department and across other teams. Management primarily focuses on appearances for upper executives rather than providing genuine leadership or support to the staff. As a result, errors are frequent, and the overall management approach is disorganized and ineffective. HR fails to hold management accountable, so meaningful improvements are unlikely. It’s important to carefully consider the offer before committing.

All of the opportunities are gone and it feels like the firm that owns the company is just sucking it dry for money. The pay is the absolute worst in the industry.
