      Pros

      Friendly environment and management team. Not too much corporate politics there.

      Cons

      Depends on job function and responsibility, some positions might need to work around the clock because the headquarter in Taiwan and factories in China.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Health insurance is great. 4% match on 401k plan. Love when you work long work hours (nights and weekends).

      Cons

      More nights and weekends needed to be worked but don't take an extra hour for lunch or you will be docked. Very cheap company. No family values. Poor customer support. Poor staff support. Taiwanese based company.

      Pros

      Phihong has a generally good management team in Taiwan and a lot of production capability.

      Cons

      The US based management team is in constant conflict with Taiwan and thinks they are idiots. Low pay for all and high demands of long days and even weekends without compensation. Benefits are poor to unacceptable. Company hires H1 visa people so they can't leave even with low pay and extra long working hours. Come in 15 minutes late and they take off time from your vacation.
