      Unbeatable healthcare benefits, above average/competitive salary, plenty of HR provided training, great career developing experience

      Extremely slow to make changes to keep up with modern times (technologically, building/facility is outdated, many company wide and department specific policies should be updated to attract and retain talent), residency restriction

      Pros

      Everyone pitches in to get the work done. Management puts employee safety ahead of everything else. It's a family in so many ways.

      Cons

      We are a cash strapped public utility. We don't have the fancy offices that private companies have. It's a little run down.
