Free health insurance pretty descent 401K plan. They're are some good perks to this company and overall it is what you make from it.

Cons

Company has a good amount of favortism and nepotism happening. Certain departments have more favoritism going on then others. The union could be a stronger union then the little in house union they have now. Retirement benefits could deffinetly be better, they did away with their free pension plan a few years back.
