Cons

Lots of red tape Complicated processes People who have been at Philips for awhile can be jaded by some of the legacy issues. Being around the negativity can de-motivate newer employees if they're not able to look past it. The company is trying to work on its culture and complicated processes but it will take time to implement changes.
