PAY AND COMPENSATION IS VERY GOOD.

Cons

Manager is new hire also. Really not much help to us. His manager not much help either. There is biased against those who are skilled. They are forced to pick up the slack of the ones that have no skills or are not very good workers. in-other-words. The skilled and the harder workers are taken advantage of. Philips hired BMET 1 or 2s and made them BMET III and they have no skills or experience to be a BMET 3. Good for them. But bad for the rest of us. Maybe they wanted a diversity of unskilled slackers to go with the skilled hard workers.
