      From Great to Failing Mismanaged Organization

      Pros

      Good industry subject matter experts are still employed there (but probably not for long).

      Cons

      Toxic culture driven by HR and Talent Acquisition managed by awful people who only enjoy hearing themselves talk. They used to have a good professional team about 4-5 years ago, but it's no longer the case. The company is failing, and it shows. Forget the annual/extra performance bonuses (even within the sales organization). They rarely promote from within. The general attitude is: 'Don't worry about the lack of salary increases or bonuses. Be thankful that you have a job for now.'
