      Working for an originally Dutch company founded in 1891 has many benefits from a human perspective. Gerard and Anton started the company as sons of a rich banker from The Hague and of course the son (Frits) made the company loyal during the second world war. And he supported the Global expansion with currently 67.000 employees based in 💯 countries a d helping people to get diagnosed (Imagining and Diagnostics Business), helping people to get treatment (Connected Care business). So a good company to build a career.

      Cons

      The company is currently (2025) in a very difficult position, leaving some of the old Cash Cows behind (Lighting, Domestic Appliances and many others) and being in a highly regulated business (Medical Devices)
