Philips lost a contract and I was told to work through the end of the contract date and I would get my severance package along with my 2024 bonus if I worked through the last day of the year. However, they gave me no bonus or severance after I fulfilled my obligations as they stated. Emailed upper management to include the CEO as well as HR and got no response at all!

Institutionally Racist Organization – Stay Away!

If you are from an ethnic minority, there are no benefits—only disadvantages!

Cons

Racism is very much alive! Philips is an institutionally racist organisation. If you are from an ethnic minority, I would not recommend working there. You will likely receive lower pay than your counterparts, and promotions will be out of reach. This systemic racism is deeply embedded within the company and spreads across the organisation globally.
