Great place to grow your career. Depending on where you are you can amass experience from a diversity of projects and in many more business lines over a shorter period of time than you might at a smaller company. Overall the company has a professional and tolerant culture, though mileage may vary of course.

Cons

The business outlook remains uncertain. Some part of the organization are prone to constant reorganization and management shuffling.
