      Good company to work in. Bad management.

      Pros

      The set up is relatively new which provides better opportunities, faster growth, better exposure to global markets. Good place to work currently.

      Cons

      Processes not setup. Big potential for the people to grow, however management has less focus on it. HR needs to be improved.

      Don't give chance to employees based in Saudi Arabia, just managers like and promote those who work with them at Dubai headquarters.
