Pros
Work with very bright people, truly global scope, opportunity to develop skills and experience across a broad range of roles, moves with the times and adapts and has an inspiring vision for the future
Cons
Changes too much. In 10 years I had 10 managers. HR process and career development is variable depending on individuals. Increasingly short term focused. Constantly trying to go from being a good company to being a great company but always falls short. Has a dated legacy that it cannot get rid of despite its modern ambitions. Slow, too many decision makers, too many decisions made based on emotions but dressed up as facts.
