      Pros

      A very good Professional Environment, comfortable working hours, helpful senior management. They follow what they decide and say. A well managed office.

      Cons

      Project Trainees are sometimes given amount of work that would be given to employees, and that to for a less salary.

      Pros

      The people who work there are great and tend to be down to earth outside of management. Most people have similar views about upper management so it's great to be able to have supporters

      Cons

      Upper management is constantly changing, every week there is something new going on wihtin the company and we generally don't know what is going on. There are many processes that absolutely do not work but management is not willing to invest time or money into improvements. A lot of garbage being swept under the rug and we are definitely tripping over it.

      Generally good product which dentists like. Lots of marketing support.

      Cons

      Management is a bunch of parrots selected for their ability to to kiss up to senior management. Initiatives change weekly. No reasons given to reps for why they are doing things. Micromanagement by RMs'. basically if they dont' micromanage they can't really justifiy their existance at the company.
