      Poor leadership displayed by mid-level to top management. Non-competitive salary. Career progression is wholly dependent on whether you suck up to the management and not by merit. Bell-curve performance grading and "top" performers are usually those whom management want to push for promotion for various reasons. A lot of office politics and backstabbing is common.

      The management is very bad. The people here are so political. People just want to eat each other for revenue. There is no flexibility. There is no learning. Nobody bothers. There is no friendly environment. There are no employee inter personal relations There are no employee benefits.
