Good for fresh grad, because u start from scratch. Medical benefits are good
Cons
Toxic colleagues - they bad mouth about the company management to new joiners Multi tasking - holding a job title of marketing executive, but have to work as receptionist + sales person (with no incentive) + branch admin + office boy “Emotional blackmail” - superior asking you to do more from actual job responsibilities & saying that this is what a loyal employee should do Still using old pc from many years ago which does not even support backend system
