      Pros

      Management, staff at back office are very friendly and knowledgeable, patient. Very easy to get along with and you'll feel happy there.

      Cons

      Pay is really uncompetitive. 1 person does 3 people's jobs.

      Relatively friendly colleagues,good place for starters if you want to experience a basic financial company experience

      Unprofessional code of conduct and behaviours in this financial institution,whereby you mentor may be uneducated and making insensitive jokes at all time.Colleagues have poor communication and management skills whereby communications and landing are not done properly.Outdated system with lagging issues that hinder the progress of daily work and smooth communication.irrational and toxic environment with leaders always shouting at other departments,especially finance.
