      Ok-ok for fresh graduate to start here. Got bonus.

      Cons

      Poor management decision. No proper documentation & the flow is way too complicated. You can talk many many times about your concern but never expect any action from upper management. Team members do not help in giving insightful views. Lack of 2 ways communication in the team. Don’t really have members that can exchange your opinion example like better solution for the coding logic. Short staffed/lack manpower. No career growth & probably suitable for those who love to stay in comfortable zone. Limited access to do work & don’t have laptop for the members.
