Cons

One of the senior management personnel is very arrogant and sarcastic. He has no respect for employees and shout at top of his lungs to anyone as he please. Most people in the finance department left because of him. Micromanaging culture. Heavy workload but lack of staff. You are only considered a good employee if you work overtime everyday.
