The check clears and you do not have to be qualified for a thing.

Cons

Absentee management, out of touch with the business, too many managers who spend time in "meeting" and never accomplish a thing. They treat employees and customers like peons and 3rd class citizens and couldn't care less about them. Good luck getting anywhere unless you are part of the click. Pay and not great and insurance is ridiculously expensive.
