      Great salary and benefits; fantastic building less than 10 years old; workout facilities, gym, running track.

      Middle management who made it through a 5 year efficiency and digitization project without being let go are so politically well placed that they have license to mistreat employees. Male leaders in corporate communications rank their female employees on appearance, do the eye scan from head to toe and comment inappropriately on appearance. In planning meeting to replace one collegue who had resigned, part of the criteria was that they find someone who looked like her.- young, thin, attractive.
