      Good benefits Pay is competitive Good direct managers Great work life balance

      Cons

      Heavy use of consultants, Constantly changing company strategies, Good workers get burnt out from the constant change and picking up the slack. Flat org structure limits growth. Hard to change company functions within the organization. I don't believe leadership truly believes in the culture/values that are being preached.
