      Pros

      The benefits and salary are great. I enjoy the people I work with, and I have had plenty of opportunities to move around and try different things during my time with the company.

      Cons

      As with any large corporation, there are many one size fits all solutions that don't always make sense in every situation. Being on the services side of the house means my teams were always considered a cost center rather than an area of value creation.
