Pros

Free meals, sick pay, safe culture.

Cons

-Expectations to cover lots of hours during turn-around periods although given plenty of notice. (Holiday blackout) -Most areas are understaffed and relying on people's good will to cover other people whilst off training or sick. -Yes men get promoted over ability also who plays golf with who. -Very toxic culture & competition between the operators due to appraisal system. -New starts don't get the training that is required therefore not up to standard. -Certain hierarchy abuse positions of trust when it suits.
