Pros

Company culture has great values and stresses meeting commitments and being honorable and fair in the market. Leadership is looking at many bold initiatives that will reshape the company for many years into the future. There are many opportunities for personal growth. They gave me trading responsibility very fast and management has been very supportive in giving me the flexibility to do my job without any micro-management like in some companies. Co-workers are helpful, high caliber, smart, and professional. The benefits and compensation are excellent. Work on the trading floor is constantly changing and stimulating. Weekly reporting requirements are held to a reasonable level.

Cons

Working at the Conoco Phillips location where it is an impressive complex but very spread out and parking limited. Lots of big company training slideshows and policies have to be read when you start.
