Some really great coworkers who give their all, despite limited resources and lack of support
Cons
There is no follow through on what they say they will do for employees and no accountability for managers/leaders. Nurses have been promised a cost of living adjustment for nearly 2 years now that has not occurred. The same problems keep occurring year after year with no real change or follow through. You will never see senior leadership or the CEO walking the halls anymore and they are completely disconnected with what staff really needs. You’ll get an annual survey then they wait until the end of the year to pretend they care about your answers and start forcing the managers to do “employee engagement “ Been here long enough to see leadership come and go. Hoping it would get better with new leadership but it hasn’t.
