Phoebe Family - it is real. You quickly feel like this group is a family. Inclusive culture. PPHS CEO Scott Steiner is amazing. Previous CEO accomplished much for the community but stayed so long that he was stagnant.

Cons

Community has a large, vocal anti- Phoebe group lead primarily by one lunatic that constantly search for wrongly handled care.
