Disclaimer: I cannot say my experience is hospital wide, considering I only worked on one floor. The nursing staff works together and has each others backs. The floor managers listen and respond to issues and help to alleviate stress! Everyone I met and worked with were friendly and courteous, and everyone strives to make patient care the number one priority.

Cons

The higher up management seems somewhat disconnected with the people on the floors and what patients need for proper care. (Understandably) Some decisions are more money based that patient care based, and more focused on the bottom line and statistics of standardizing all patient care. Despite the negative, they still listen and care!!
