Staff are mostly helpful and caring, both to patients and each other. Pay is decent but for the workload/stress could be better.

Cons

Seems a bit top heavy with managers. Upper management isn't the most responsive to staff needs/requests. Some dead weight staff needs trimming desperately. Often understaffed.
