Pros

Ethical, honest, fair. This colony cares about is employees and patients.

Cons

Outside of the Midwest, there's isn't opportunity to relocate nationwide. Also there is no 401k company matching.

Pros

Pay ever week. Salary is good. Office staff kind and friendly. Office staff strive to be helpful

Cons

Poor communication from supervisor and worse from central office. I had most of my patients reassigned to another nurse without warning. While care for one of my patients, a new nurse showed up at her home and stated he was now her nurse. When I called my supervisor, she actually laughed and stated "I forgot to tell you". Supervisor has poor nursing skills. I had a patient die, the family notified the company, but the company never notified me. This was typical. The patients who were assigned to me were reassigned to another nurse who was new and I was not informed until he showed up at my patient's house while I was doing a visit
