Company has a history of boom and bust, failed diversification. I was there for one of these.

At the time were building cool security apps.

Cons

Company didnt know if it wanted to be a Software company or a BIOS company. Also strong influence of Indian culture, meant that it was a "If you cant do this, your fired... Bring in the next victim, i mean engineer....
