Pros

Good location, good people, good benefits. I really enjoyed working with most of the folks there. Of course there were the few that were difficult, but overall it was a good exp.

Cons

Executive mgmt was gutted by hostile take over of the BOD. When I was there it was during a hostile take over of the board of directors. With in days/weeks all of C level execs were gutted and the company went through a huge layoff.
