Aged company trying hard to change

Pros

For many years this company was neglected by its owners and fell into decline, but it was purchased by a pair of investors a few years ago and is trying hard to reinvent itself. There is the possibility of significant growth and the company offers excellent flexibility and work life balance.

Cons

Phoenix is struggling to escape problems that developed in years past. Internal resistance to change is severe in the company's Taiwan office, which relies heavily on bad practices of all kinds. There is a significant probability that current growth attempts will not succeed despite the effort put towards them. Do not expect a high salary in the short term.
