Pros
It is a company that gives people second chances. Guys who have been arbritarily let go from other MWD companies thrive at Phoenix. Phoenix managers work with issues that you have. Being a small company you can also communicate with people easily across the chain and get things done. Their field system is simple, and most of the manuals are simple and tell you exactly how to do the job.
Cons
I would say the smaller company pays less than larger companies but their loyalty is worth it.
