I feel that I can progress at Phorest with my skills. At the moment, the company is growing very fast and has ambitious goals. That's a great environment for a person that wants to make an impact. There are a lot of growth opportunities and the dev team is very cool. Not only highly skilled but it's also a lot of fun to work with them.

Cons

There is nothing I can complain about so far ;)

Great people, great atmosphere and encouraging work environment where you are given the freedom to take ownership of your role and excel. Development process is well understood and respected. People are very generous with their time and expertise. Big effort in educating and upskilling employees on other tech and areas of the business.
