Pros

Flexible hours dont exist, but i think it is a goal

Cons

really amazing place to work, no hierarchy, every single person is given a voice for ideas and to get as involved as possible. The company is so open to everyone's perception. No matter what department, every employee is fully exposed to the overall growth and impact of company. Employee growth is noticed and is really paid attention to, a lot of the time the position you start in wont be the position you stay in.

Phorest is a truly fantastic place to work, I am incredibly proud to be a part of something which is so rapidly evolving and growing! I love the company culture and atmosphere in the building, everyone working here is so different yet the same, it’s hard to describe but as a team, it just works! You are given so much opportunity to grow and develop in Phorest - If you have an idea or want to try something new you will be given the autonomy to run with it. I think the absence of micro-management empowers and encourages everyone to embrace the company values, strive wholeheartedly towards shared goals and targets and be accountable for their own actions
